No recomendable para alojarse! Positive: Positivo la ubicación céntrica del apartamento y el tamaño capaz de recibir familias bajo un mismo techo. Además de un parking en la planta baja del edificio. Negative: Al reservar un apartamento suele indicarse con antelación dónde y cómo recoger las llaves; en nuestro caso fue necesario llamar al propietario una vez llegados al lugar para recibir instrucciones. Además, tuve que cambiar de habitación porque el inodoro requería descarga manual (introduciendo la mano en el tanque). Una pared de la habitación presentaba falta de pintura y un cable colgando a lo largo; habría sido preferible mantener esa habitación fuera de servicio hasta su reparación, en lugar de dejarla disponible para los huéspedes. Sólo se proporcionó un tipo de toallas, por lo que tuvimos que usar una toalla de cuerpo para colocarla en la salida de la ducha. El champú en la ducha estaba muy aguado, como si se quisiera racionar al extremo, y no había gel de baño en el dispensador; terminé usando el champú igualmente para asearme. Al entrar, el apartamento presentaba el olor característico de un espacio cerrado y húmedo; hoy en día existen soluciones sencillas para conseguir un ambiente más fresco y agradable. El alojamiento está en un tercer piso y, según nos informó un vecino, el ascensor lleva tiempo averiado. Esta información debería indicarse claramente en el anuncio, pues imaginar a un turista con maletas pesadas subiendo por las escaleras resulta preocupante. Finalmente, recibimos una solicitud del propietario pidiendo la máxima calificación y que las recomendaciones se enviaran directamente, lo cual da una sensación de falta de transparencia. En conjunto, denota una falta de profesionalismo al no detectar y corregir estos fallos antes de ofrecer el alojamiento. No recomiendo alojarse aquí hasta que se solucionen las deficiencias mencionadas.

Dangerous needs to be shut down Positive: We liked the location close to the mercado. Negative: The host changed our location to a different building saying my original booking wasn't available last minute day before arrival...too late to cancel reservation. i didnt want this change because it was not in the part of town i wanted to be in. He persisted to tell me that my original booking was just not available. then the date we arrived he changed it back to original booking saying because we are arriving about 5am and he cannot be awake at that time. The place had sticky floors, live wires hanging out everywhere, none of the appliances like coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry, internet access etc were there as the listing states, the building was clearly under construction and noisey, the host entered the apartment during our stay without notice or permission. The host complained that he was just managing the apartment for someone else and that I was pointing out too much things that are on listing and not actually in apartment. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to about the missing things that are clearly on the listing i screen shot and sent to him. I don't like using a rice strainer as a coffee drip as he told me this was the coffee situation. Coffee is a very important part of my day. He then showed up with a coffee machine and complained to me that he had to go buy it because I was complaining. I expect to walk into what I pay for without this sort of backlash. I was very kind about asking why these things were on listing and not in apartment. The nobs were falling off faucets. One of the 5 bathrooms was not usable, toilet handles were falling off, scuffs all over walls and mold, bedrooms handles were all loose like they been broken into, furniture was all beat up, floors were so sticky my shoes were being pulled off, video cameras in and around apartment, etc etc etc. This apartment was listed as luxury and the price matched the luxury label... but the apartment was far from luxury, a candy coated turd and actually very dangerous.
